I can see Comcast emails on my phone, but when I log into my Comcast email account they aren't there. They haven't been read yet so they should be new emails. Why is this happening?
Do you have the account enabled on the phone or any other device using POP3 instead of IMAP? If so, it may be downloading the emails and then deleting them from the server. So check the settings in the Mail app on the phone or other devices you are using.
