I agree with the frustration. I generally use my Samsung s8's native email to read my email. Sometimes mail depots in just fine. But most of the time the headers load, but not the body. It can take 5 minutes to load of our ever does. The same thing happens when I go to me email using Comcast's "Connect" app. Clearly this is a problem with Comcast's email servers. Why won't anyone from Comcast cone in here?!

Hello Daniel_K. Have you tried using a different web browser or different device to attempt to load your email?

I don't generally access my email via browser. I read my email almost exclusively on my phone. However, when I go to comcast email on my browser on a computer, there is no delay.

I have been having problems with the email page loading slowing since Comcast change to the new email interface. The email loads slowing on all three of my home computers. All other websites loads quickly. My ixfinity phone app works fine, too.  Tried clearing cache and history, tried a different brower (Chrome and Edge).. no luck.

This issue with very slow email has been going on since they "upgraded" or changed their email system. They seem to be genuinely ignoring everyone as though there is no issue.

 

Too bad it is so difficult to find options to comcast in general. Without real options, they are simply a monopoly with no accountability.

 

I suggest that you change your email to another supplier like Google or Microsoft. At least you have options for your email! You can also forward your comcast email to another account at a better provider!

Why should it be necessary to use a different browser? Other sites don't take as long to load as the Comcast homepage & mail.
