Meanwhile, while they are taking so much time to fix the problem that they failed to announce to us, we still cannot access important files. So frustrating, I'm ready to get another e-mail client. Also, I don't want to chat when I have a problem, I want someone to speak to me. I really hate comcast sometimes.
