I am not able to receive my email via Outlook 2016. I get the 0x800CCC0F error.
No changes were done on my side. Email was OK the last time i had checked.
I am able to send but not receive.
I had this same issue some months ago. Issue was resolved after i posted a message in this forum.
My settings are correct:
Incoming server (POP3): 995
Outgoing server (SMTP): 465
encrypted connection (SSL) is checked.
encrypted connection drop-down menu: SSL/TLS
