I received 0ver 1000 email messages from different sources in a 20 minute time span. My email filter is enabled on the Xfinity website. I was on the phone with tech support and rep told me I need to set up email filters (for 1000 messages) I decided to hang up. Nothing like this has happened before, and I want to be sure it doesn't happen again.
Hopefully this forum is monitored by Comcast and someone who is able to figure out the issue and solve it will contact me.
I saw this issue was solved before on this forum but could not figure out how to get in touch with ComcastAntiSpam.
