Outlook 2016 sending email to Cox doesn't work after upgrade to Arris TG1682G gateway
After upgrading to the Xfinity Arris TG1682G gateway, my Outlook 2016 email was unable to send to (receiving is no probelm) a COX email server. I have discovered that the XfinityWiFI unsecure connection allows the eamil to be sent and received, but the local secure network does not send the email out. SMTP traffic (port 465 or 587) is not routed from the HOME LAN side to the internet properly. Is their a fix for this? The older Xfinity gateway didn't block this traffic.
