Why am I no longer able to open links in my emails? This wasn't a problem before Xfiniity did an upgrade. Can someone help me with this? Thanks in advance.
If you are having this problem in webmail using the Chrome browser, you need to turn off the popup blocker for the webmail site. See https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Email-Web-Browsing/hyperlinks-in-email-won-t-open/m-p/3197364#M206593.
If that doesn't work for you, paste "chrome://settings/content/popups" into the address bar to navigate to Chrome's "Pop-ups and redirects" settings page, click the Add button to the right of Allow, paste the webmail site hostname (usually "connect.xfinity.com") into the text box, and click Add to save it.
If you are using a third party popup blocker, you might need to make a corresponding change in its settings.
