Not recieving specific senders email

I have a recruiter from a hospital attempting to send me an email with information regarding my interview. She has sent me multiple emails and I have not recieved them. I have checked my spam and have recieved others from her. This is very important and needs to be fixed.

Comcast security should be able to help with blocking issues for the sender's domain---------------

Until it's fixed, have the other person send the messages to some other non-Comcast email account you have.
