I am still not receiving a lot of emails that I was receiving just one week ago. The problem is not with my third party provider or browser. I'm not getting them on the Comcast web server using Chrome. I missed a call from a specialist yesterday and now I'm longer receiving responses to PMs. Can someone at Comcast please assist with this? I have unsubscribed and resubscribed to all of these e-newsletter and most are still not coming into my inbox. Plus, there are other emails that I'm not receiving as well. This is all started when I supposedly reached 100 quota on my email, with no prior warning, just an email that I was at 100%. I emptied my trash and am now at 8%, but the problem persists.
