Unable to recieve emails from random email addresses on my comcast.net account. But same emails are being received when copied to gmail or another email service provider account. This has been a recurring problem with my comcast.net account over many years. Please help.
Upon searching up the problem, noticed few references to check Spam folder directly on Xfinity email (I use Outlook client for Comcast email). I logged into Xfinity email, found missing emails from specific business accounts stored in Spam folder. Looks like Comcast inadvertently flagged these emails as Spam, and hence I wasn't able to receive it on Outlook client. My issue has been resolved for now.
