Since the format change I'm not getting emails from my second address. It used to come up with just one more click. The chat person waisted 40 minutes of my time and would have waisted more if I continued. Why can't I email a tech support person without having to deal with those XXXXXX on the chat?
You need to clarify-----do you mean you had another account set up as an external address in the folder pane? Or that you can't sign into a secondary Comcast account or what?
I can't sign in to my secondary comcast account. My second @comcast.net email address.
What happens when you try to sign in? Are you getting any error message? If so what does it say?
I signed out and signed back in using my other email address and that worked I retrieved my back mail. I used to get the other mail with one click from the same page. Will I have to sign in and out and in again everytime I want to check both?
Do you mean the secondary account is showing under "Add mail account" in the left folders pane? If so, click on the black arrowhead to the left of it. Do your folders appear?
Then try adding it as an external account. Click on "Add mail account" and follow the prompts. Once that is set up you should be able to access that account without signing back in all the time. You also don't have to sign out of the other one.
