Not getting emails from certain senders

I do not seem to be getting emails from a specific sender. Not appearing in my spam folder either.  I am trying to reset my password from a website and am not getting the email.  I have double checked with them that they have the correct email and they do.  I have tried several times over a few weeks to get it sent?  Is it possible blocked from getting to me for some reason?

Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain------------------
