Not getting all of my e-mail

Some messages that I know are being sent to me aren’t being delivered.  Mostly, I’m noticing this for e-mail verification messages, password reset messages and 2FA pin codes.  Even when I request a resend, the message never arrives.

 

I have no rules/filters or spam settings in place.  I’ve searched every folder manually as well as using the search function.  In some cases, I’ve had to use another e-mail account because my Comcast one isn’t reliable.

 

Any ideas on what may be happening?

 

EDIT:  I am using connect.xfinity.com portal and the Xfinity Connect iOS app to manage my mail.

Call Comcast security and ask them if they can see what's going on.  For some reason the types of messages you are describing can be problematic in a lot ofemail systems--------------
