It means the devices are not detecting any wi-fi signal strong enough to register on them.
Can those devices get on the internet at all / other sites ?

Same problem occurs on both an Ipad 3 and Ipad Pro. All other internet linked apps work fine. Xfinity Connect app on my S& Android phone works fine. Seems to be an issue with IOS systems.
When trying to access email on Ipads, the Ipad 3 (9.3.5) shows all the latest email headers, but it won't open an email. The spinning circle just spins forever. On the Ipad Pro (11.2.1), same thing, except the "No network could be detected" error message is presented. Very frustrating! Please fix this.
