No longer getting email

no longer getting email and message saying mailbox is full. Everytime I try to delete everything in the folder in shows back up. Haven't recieved email since thursday.

Do you have the account enabledin a desktop client like Outlook or Thunderbird?  Or an email app on a mobile device?  If so, disable the account in it and try using only the webmail interface with your browser.  Does the same thing happen?
