Other than test emails from Xfinity support (and 3 other regular emails) I have not received new emails for 2 days. As far as I can tell my settings are ok, and I have had several calls to support with no results, including one that was supposed to call me back. I have a tech service number if needed. But this is frustrating. Can you help?
I finally connected with a service tech, who said it was a server problem. He reset or did something and by next day, emails were back... For some reason popups were being blocked so any email with them didn't come thru, i.e. 99% All fixed now.
