I am not receiving reply emails from my vessel out to sea.
Would like to send, a detailed email to a comcast.net support individual, regarding this issue.
Sending or recieving emails from outside the U.S. in Comcast email gets really problematic. Try calling Comcast security and see if they can help with this---------------

My vessel arrived in port today. The captain was able to make a cell call to me.
He had not realized that there was a problem, until our phone call.
I asked him to "double check" my email address. Been the same address over 15 years.
(the satelite coms unit is not very user friendly)
As he checked the unit, he finally saw that one "letter" was missing.
