I checked my settings, and it has my name correctly in the setup. However when my emails are received, the From field shows as Comcast. This is a problem, as my personal emails end up in peoples' spam/junk folders becuase their email systems mark them as advertising or junk and they never see them. How can I possibly correct this if my name is already in the appropriate box in the setup?? Very frustrating.
Are you using only the webmail UI and a browser to send? Or are you using a client like Outlook or Thunderbird? Or are you on a mobile device using the mail app on it?
