On February 16th at 1:45am, all my emails were deleted from my Comcast inbox. I received an email from Comcast at the same time welcoming me to Comcast Connect. I have emails from last September that were deleted, some important confirmations. I want to know what happened to these emails and how can I get them back?
We are currently migrating to a new email server platform to provide a better more reliable experience. As a result, some residential customers using Xfinity Connect email last week and this week may experience issues, including being unable to load, send or receive emails. We expect to complete the migration shortly.
