Lost emails in Outlook, yet not showing on Comcast site

Lost emails in Outlook, yet not showing on Comcast site

I use Outlook for  my emails on my laptop. Outlook failed, unable at all to open. Had to uninstall and re-install.  I lost all of my subfolders and the emails that were in them.  Those sub folders are not showing up on Comcast.net site.  Any way to retrieve them?

Were they in the local only section of Outlook?  If so they would not be IMAP folders and therefore would not appear on the server.  Are you running a backup utility for your machine with an external drive?  If so you should be able to recover everything from that.  Other than that you could try calling Comcast security and see if they can help with this-------------------
