Lost email following outage on 12/20

Lost email following outage on 12/20

I am missing a significant number of emails that were expected during the outage in the "west of Philadlelphia" area on 12/20.  Are they gone forever or can we expect Comcast to forward them eventually.  There were postings on the internet that they were upgrading a server.  If we're not going to get them back and check in the column for reasons for me to consider abandoning Comcast after 20 years with recently deteriorating service.

Call Comcast security and see if they can retrieve them for you-------------------
