I lost 15,000 e-mails in 4/19/20, and read posts if others suffering from this on 03/20/20. I was able to use restore deleted from trash for 14,000 but none have been restored from 10/13/19 to 04/19/20, 12:08 pm. I’ve had a CR ticket in since Sunday for an Advance Repair call but no one has called. I check every day to confirm the ticket is open. A 2nd tier Xfinity tech tried to help today and now copies of e-mails sent since the tech tried to help are appearing in the retrieve deleted e-mail folder. How do I get Xfinity to fix this issue, as I need the e-mails from 10/2019 to April 19,2020! No one from the Advance Repair team has contacted me. And I’m fearful of reporting the new issue with the sent copies appearing in Trash restore deleted items.
