When composing an email the line spacing appears normal. However after sending that very same email each line of text has spacing between lines! How can I get normal and no spacing between lines?
The new format leans to use with mobile devices more than the old one did. As a consequence, when you use the Return key when composing to get to the next line of text, it will add spacing. What I have found is that if you just keep typing until the word-wrap kicks in at the end of the line it won't do that, and the spacing appears normal to the recipient. Try sending yourself an email using word-wrap at some other non-Comcast account you have like Yahoo or Gmail to test it. I tried it with my Mail.com account and it looks just fine.
Your expert solution to the problem of line spacing is a side stepping offensive excuse… not a fix. The problem of line spacing also appears when a Cut & Paste item is dropped into the email composition… so user unfriendly. Why should subscribers have to encounter this line spacing obstacle at all? Xfinity needs to FIX THIS PROBLEM by investing some of their billions of dollars into a better engineered format!
