We have a marketing company that records our inbound sales calls and e-mails us a link to the recording. It has been working without incident until recently. We discovered the e-mails are now being marked as spam. We use the Outlook mail client and not the web interface to receive our mail. We tried adding the e-mail address to our Comcast address books and marking the mail as not spam when it goes into the spam folder, but the mail continues to be marked as spam. These are legitimate business e-mails. They are coming from email@example.com. We have resorted to turning off the spam filter, which is something we prefer not to do. How do we get these messages whitelisted?
