Suddenly in late September, I could not longer search my emails using the keyword feature. Results returned only go back to around September 26th. Date specific searches work fine and can still search 10 years worth of email. But the keyword search doesn't work. This renders email totally useless and I urgently need to retrieve/sort important emails. Comcast says their engineers are aware of the problem and are working on it, but this still hasn't been resolved. I notice that others have reported similar problems haven't heard of any resolutions. It is Comcast, not my computers or browsers. It happens on all computers (Window 8 thru 10) and all browsers and on my iPhone and iPad. Please someone help or get Comcast to fix this.
