Internal Server Errors

My email will not save sent messages, allow me to sort messages, or to access messages prior messages in the sent file.

 

Why is this happening?

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.

 

Exactly what happens if you try to open a message in the Sent folder?
