Installed new cisco router and have lost my voice messages and text messages

Installed new cisco router and have lost my voice messages and text messages

Last week I installed the new cisco router.

I can not access digital voice messages and the same with text from the header on my email page.

 

On both when I select that option I get:

 

400 Bad Request 

Request Header or cookie too large

nginx

 

If I go to the xinfinity home page and click on the phone icon I can then see any calls that have been missed.

 

How do I fix this??
