For about six months now, hyperlinks in incoming email are gray rather than blue, and crossed out with a horizontal line. Repeated calls to "agents" have been unsuccessful in resolving this. This morning agent number umpteen informed me that this is normal. Has anyone else had this problem or can suggest a solution--other than switching servers?
The same situation is happening to my emails. I came to this site looking for help. You can move the email to "trash" and then open it up and the links are not crossed out and they work. Strange.
