I renamed some of my larger folders in Outlook 2016 on Sunday. Eveyrthing looked normal in Outlook. I logged into XFINITY Connect on the web site and only part of the move occured.
The two folders were in italtics that were modified in XFINITY Connect.
I had Outlook Sync the IMAP Folders and it did not fix it. Ultimately, I had to reorganize them in XFINITY Connect and then delete the folders. Everything seems fine now, but why did this happen?
My biggest concern is that come e-mails might have been lost?
