I want to roll back to old email format

I do not like the new email format. The type is too grayed-out, I can't change the column width, and I can't see who the email is to without opening it. Is it even possible to revert to the old email format without giving up on Comcast?

Unfortunately not.  Once you've been migrated, there's no going back.

To change the column width, put your cursor on the line between the message list and the reading pane, then click and drag it back and forth to where you want it.  The name of the sender is right in the message list.  And I'll agree with you on the light type color.

Re: I want to roll back to old email format

Since roll-out of new format my Apple devices are not updating Comcast email. Shows “checking” and “updated” but no new emails download. I’ve tried all the usual fixes. So frustrating. I can access my incoming Comcast email on the Xfinity Connect app, but not on mail app on iPhone, iPad or my Apple email app on my MacBook. Anyone else having this problem?

On the Apple devices, try deleting the account from them and then recreating them again from scratch.
