PLUS, I have to click on sent file (on my desktop) to retrieve my incoming email in the inbox; weird, right?
Can you sign into the account using only a browser and the webmail, and see your email that way?
Yes, I can access mail on my phone using browser and webmail. (Safari)
I have checked and rechecked my settings/accounts and all is in order here. I am even having difficulty with
my desktop mail, where in order to view incoming mail, I have to first click on 'sent' and then back to 'inbox'
and it will load new mail. All of this within 24 hrs. of my 'downgrade' with comcast. Since April 18th, so about
6 weeks... advice appreciated...
