I am only receiving a fraction of my Xfinity e-mails
I normally receive approximately 120 e-mails per day. For the past week, I have only received approximately 10 to 20 e-mails per day. Some of the e-mails I am not receiving I have subscriptions to. I have contacted customer support a few times, but they have been unable to resolve this issue so far. The issue has been escalated and I have a ticket number. Can anyone offer help with this?
