I am getting email in error from Verizon. The problem is complicated by the fact that the ermail address is in fact correct (mine) but the message itself should be going to someone else. I have contacted verizon three times with the problem, and been assured it would be corrected. Ha! Checked with comcast and was also assured that the address is not duplicated. What, specifically, I need to know is how to block receipt from a specific sender. I want to have the message sent back as not
being delivered so someone at verizon will be forced to fix their error.

Hi sunfish61 , I would like to suggest that you need to create a filter rule. The good thing about the filter rule is you can discard or move the email directly to trash , or even block message from a specific email address. To know about filter rule, just navigate to your email settings(gear icon in the top right most of the email screen) you can click "Help" or go directly to Settings and navigate to "Filter Rule" . Modify your filter rule with your own will.
