I don't want to return and find thousands of email to go through to find one or two that may be important to me.
What can I do to let the email sender know I did not get their email? Is there a way to auto delete ALL incoming email?

On the Inbox page, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, then on Settings. On the landing page click on "Advanced settings". On the next page, you will see the option to enable the Safe List. Check the box to turn it on. You have to put at least one email address on the list or it won't work. Use one or two of your own other accounts you may have like Gmail or Yahoo, etc. Once that's done, sign out of the account and back in again to make the setting "take". From then on, no emails will be accepted from any address other than ones you put on the list.
Also, if anyone tries to send an email to that account, they do not get a bounce or anything to let them know their message was not delivered.
