How do I link my primary and secondary Comcast e-mail accounts? The "add mail account" option give an error message that an e-mail with the same address already exists (meaning the secondary account). I know I have to delete or do something to one account and then add the info back in, but can't remember the specifics. A comcast agent walked me through it several weeks ago, but I need to reset it and the current call center contacts have not been able to solve the issue yet.
If you already added the secondary to the "Add mail account" section, are you saying you cannot see it? Or that it just doesn't work or what? Click on the little black arrowhead to the left and see if the folders in that account display.
