You would need to use a screensaver that is 3-D in the first place. Windows 10 comes with one 3-D screensaver and about 5 others that are not. To see them, in the All Programs panel to the left of the Start screen scroll all the way down to "Windows System" and click on it. You will see "Control Panel" in the list. Click on that. In that next dialogue screen type "screensavers" into the search field in the upper right corner.
It will bring up "Power Options", and right under it you will see a live blue link to "Change screensaver". Click on that and you will see the list. The one 3-D option is nice if you want a simple screensaver. You can preview it to see how it will look on your screen. If you want to keep it hit Save at the bottom of the window. For any others, you would need to go to the Microsoft Store, also in the All Programs panel, or do an internet search for screensavers. There are a lot of sources for both free and paid 3-D screensavers.
