Calendar does show in iCloud, gmail.I've lost some calendar entries and think the reason may be that I don't see calendar -only mail and notes-under comcast.net. Can't see how to add it
The Plaxo calendar that was bundled with the old email format was discontinued back in December. The new email format software from Appsuite has no calendar function. So you need to consider using one of the many other online calendar programs available like those from Outlook.com, Google, Yahoo, Mail.com, or others. If you are on a Mac you already have iCal.
I am on Mac. And thought I did use their calendar (since it looks just like what I've always had I really don't know).
I just thought the reason some events disappeared, that the reason might be that comcast.net list.
How do I identify what Calendar program (system) I am using?-sorry to sound so dumb
OK I can't see whatever it is you are looking at. Can you post a screenshot of the upper part of this calendar? Make sure there is no personal information showing in it, like full names or email addresses.
I was using outdated terminology----it used to be iCal, but now it's just Calendar. It is the calendar app that comes bundled with Macs now. So yes, that is what you are using. It is on the computer as opposed to being in the cloud like the others.
I guess your answer about the old email format that was discontinued in Dec is the answer to why I don't see Calendar under comcast.net, and probably has nothing to do with why some events simply disappeared from my calendar.
Thanks for your input.
