If you mean the auto-forward in the settings, there is no way to use more than one email address in that. If you mean something else post back. And turn off the all-caps. It's a violation of the forum posting guidelines.
In the old system, I was able to click on one address then scroll down to the bottom of that page and click on the last address. As long as i was pressing shift and alt keys, i would be able to highlight all of the address on that page. I can't figure out how to do that with the new system.
When I type up my monthly newsletter for my business. I would send it by clicking on the bcc tab. When I was on that tab, a list of my addressess would come up [about 50 per page] In the old format I could click on bcc, the click on the first address on any given "page", hold the shiif and alt keys then scroll down and click on the last address on that "page." I could then click on the OK button and all 50 of those addresses would go onto my bcc tab in my email and I could send them all at once. This new system doesn't let me do that. Do i have to click on each address individually to send an email?
I have groups set up and the system will not allow me to forward using the BCC - when I add the group name into the field (any - to, cc, or bcc) it appears, but when I click on it to add it to the email it does not populate - nothing shows up
How do you email to groups already set up in your mail box -
also like previous posts, before I had approx 75 in my email mail groups, now I believe it only allows around 50???
I just tried it with a testing group I have in my address book that has 10 email addresses in it. I typed the name of the group and all 10 show in the To: field. The sending limits have not changed; you should be able to send to up to 100 recipients per message, and not more than 1000 per day.
