It didn't work.  I'm still not able to get emails.

@jcf1 Different reason now.  You're sending messages through MS/Outlook, and they're marking your messages as spam.

 

Additionally, you may want to ensure your spam folder is on:

If you don't have a way to open a ticket with Microsoft, let me know, and I'll see what I can do.

We also are not having our emails received...@COGymnasticsInstitute.
