I have had an ongoing issue with legitimate emails going into my spam folder. In fact, I sent myself a test email from my comcast.net address while working with a comcast rep and that went to spam. The recommended "solution" after 45 min with the rep was to turn off the spam filter so I would at least see all messages in my inbox. However, emails are still being put in my spam folder. Is there anyway to truly turn off spam filtering?
I'm going to escalate this to the forum admins for follow-up. You should see a response here in this thread, although because of the holiday I don't know when it might show up.
