Emails sent are not being received

I see that alot of other people are having the same issue, my emails that I send from my comcast account are not being received by the accounts that I am sending them to.  my email is <Edited>

If you send from your Comcast account to some other account you have like Yahoo or Outlook.com etc, does it go through OK?  Are the outgoing messages showing up in your Sent folder?
