Emails not being received by comcast customers

I run a small business and my comcast clients are not receiving any emails from me, even when I send a reply to an email they send me.  

This is extremely frustrating and makes it appear that I am not answering or sending my clients their expected response or information.  There is no bounce back or any reason to believe my email didn't go through when I look at it from my side.

What can I do?
