Emails going into Spam for past 6 weeks

Why are some of my incoming emails going into spam folder?  I have made 3 calls to the chat line with Tech Support.  They assure me it is fixed but it is not.  Then they referred my problem up to a higher tech level, and they said they were going to charge me $25 for a fix!  Then they called me and said "Oh, it is fixed.  You won't have any more problems."    I still have one person from my address book going into spam, and anything from an Amazon vendor or other vendors is going into spam.  Email me.

If you are still having trouble with emails incorrectly being flagged as spam, you may need to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance team at 1-888-565-4329.
Please give that a try and update us here to let us know if you were able to get it taken care of or if you could still use a hand.
