I changed my settings in email to delete emails after 60 days.  When will my current email list be updated to reflect this setting change?

How are you accessing your email?  Are you using a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, or only the webmail interface and a browser?  The new email format in Comcast does not have schedules you can edit.  Where did you set the 60 day limit?
