My email communication both to and from a friend in China has been interrupted. The last time this happened several years ago, it was because comcast's partner company that handles spam filtering added my friend's email provider to the spam list. Is there a way i can request comcast & their partner company that handles spam filtering to remove my friend's email provider from the spam list?

Comcast email can be problematic when or sending to or receiving from other countries. Call Comcast security. They should be able to help with this--------------
