Email temporary failure

I sent an email which apparently has an issue reaching the recipient but I keep getting an error back from daemon@comcast
With hour marks each time they send it back to me if the email is undeliverable then just delete it off your server. Don’t keep emailing me every 12 or so hours saying it’s temporary failure

Most email programs will make repeated attempts to deliver a message for a while.  Eventually, it will just stop.  The server will only make so many attempts and give up.  Usually, it means something is wrong at the recipient's end.
