Everything was working fine until yesterday when my e-mails stopped downloading into Outlook - I tried re-setting my password as I read that that sometimes helps, but no luck there - Any suggestions would be much appreciated -

I have the same problem. It also affected my iOS devices. I was able to add new accounts in iOS that use imap mail instead of SMTP and that seems to work. I'll check Outlook to see how it's configured. I don't know what Comcast did, but mail quit working a couple of days ago.
