Email settings

I'm trying to folow the directions for updating my Outlook server information. It's not working because my Outlook doesn't let me get to the settings change. I have Office 365, Outlook 2016, Windows 10.

Have you tried going to the Control Panel and opening Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) and then clicking on Email Accounts?
