I have been trying to get a code to reset my email from Facebook and it keeps saying it sent it, but it does not arrive. I have tested my comcast.net email address several times to assure that my rarely used account does still receive mail and have gotten the tests. Is it possible that either Comcast or Facebook is now blocking these requests between these two services without notifying me that they are blocked? I ask this because I have been struggling with this issue for several weeks with many attempts after a lot of trying to problem solve. If so, how do I contact the appropriate service reps to help me correct this? Thank you.
Check your Spam folder to see if they are going there. If not, call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for Facebook---------------
