I am a comcast subscriber but this is not related to my personal acccount. The organization I work for is having issues sending email to comcast.net customers. Recently, all messages that are sent from a specific server are creating NDRs. My questions for the forum, is how does one engage a higher level suppor tier for this type of issue. The normal support number has been unsuccessful and I must say zero help. Is there anyone that can help? Please?
If an employee doesn't take care of this for you here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers. The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
